We monitor our iService OnDemand environment 24 x 7 using both internal network monitoring tools and an external service. We're always watching so you can rest easy knowing your site is safe and sound.

Internal Monitoring

We monitor all servers and network equipment used in our collocation center with EventSentry, a leading Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) solution. EventSentry monitors various aspects of system health (CPU, Memory, Disk, Ping, Etc.) as well as log files that contain important application and security event information. The EventSentry application is integrated with our own iService installation used for managing our business and supporting customers. When an important event occurs, EventSentry automatically creates a ticket within iService for follow up and investigation. The process is so effective we've helped a variety of Fortune 500 companies deploy this same configuration to manage their environments.

External Monitoring

We use an external monitoring solution, WebsitePulse, to monitor our OnDemand environment from multiple external locations. In addition to our internal monitoring, this gives us a redundant process for staying on top of our services. And, it gives us an independent service for reporting our up time.
