today that it has successfully integrated its iService customer interaction
solution with the Netikus EventSentry monitoring application. The integrated
offering allows customers to take advantage of the award winning EventSentry
monitoring system, and utilize iService to manage the incident to resolution
process.
A new iService® Scripting Language allows users to quickly develop web-based
interfaces that interact directly with an iService system, whether it’s hosted
in the One-to-One Service.com OnDemand environment or run at the customer’s
location. These interfaces allow the EventSentry monitoring agents to create
tickets directly within an iService system for follow up and to create an audit
trail for IT governance purposes.
