FULL RELEASE
New iService Forms Interface Streamlines Integration
February 17, 2011 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Champaign, IL –
One-to-One Service.com announced today the release of a new iService Forms
interface that allows users to very quickly build customized web forms that
interact directly with the iService system. These forms can be as simple as a
question submission page, or as complex as a complete workflow process, and may
contain any HTML desired so you can fully customize the look. You can also post
to the iService form from your own website or automated process for streamlined
integration.
"Many of our customers have taken advantage of the iService
Service-Oriented-Architecure, and written their own integrations that use
iService web services directly," said Scott Whitsitt, founder and CEO of One-to-One
Service.com. "The new forms interface includes a wizard that makes this level
of integration simple enough for companies with no technical resources or
development experience."
Functions within iService Forms include the ability to:
* Login to an iService site as a customer or agent
* Lookup a contact and create a new contact if it does not exist
* Submit a ticket Submit an “ask a question” interaction
* Send an agent email
* Create a public or private note
* Add a contact to a mass mailing list or mass mailing campaign
An iService Forms user guide can be found on the
company's support
website.
