iService Extends Email Response Throughout the Enterprise

iService that simplify extending email response throughout the
enterprise. iService now allows organizations to incorporate
assistance in the customer interaction process regardless of the
location, level of training, or number of iService licensed agents. Full-time
agents may continue to respond via the intuitive
web interface, while external contributors may respond via email or a
new web portal that supports Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices.
