iService To Include Permission Email Marketing Capabilities

The first phase of this new set of functionality is included within release 4.13, which is expected to be commercially released in March 2009.

iService already supports sending multipart email (text and HTML) and personalizing messages with a variety of variables, including all contact properties. These enhancements will provide an ability to send these personalized messages in a mass mailing process that supports automated unsubscribe, trackable URLs, and other features needed to properly manage large scale marketing campaigns. All mailing history will be available within the iService database, providing a complete view of customer interactions.
