iService Release 4.7 provides fully customizable contact summary view

One-to-One Service.com® announced today the release of iService® 4.7,
their award-winning email and customer relationship management system.
This version of iService provides a fully customizable contact summary
that gives tenants the ability to easily customize the way they view
contact information.
Administrators can now customize this summary page using a simple
interface that allows them to choose the values to display and the
location on the page for each value. Using the customizable style sheets
that iService supports for its MicroSites, an unlimited number of views
of this data can be defined. Information, such as the current status of
the contact and any outstanding requests for service, can be easily
incorporated into the view.
