New iService release provides enhanced security for enterprise
installations

One-to-One Service.com® announced today the release of version
4.6 of iService®, their award-winning email and customer relationship management system.
This version of iService includes enhancements specifically designed for
enterprise implementations that span multiple business units requiring
extended security.
Each business segment can now have it's own administrator and limit
access to other segment administrators as necessary. In addition, a new
security attribute was added that allows the ability to update custom
properties on interactions to be restricted at the agent level. A
detailed audit trail is now retained for all changes to contact and
interaction properties, an essential ingredient to today's IT compliance
requirements.
