Champaign, IL – One-to-One Service.com® announced today the release of version 4.0 of iService®, their award-winning email and customer relationship management system. iService allows customers to easily find answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions through a simple to use web-based interface.
Version 4.0 marks the migration away from active server page (.asp) technology to the .NET platform. A few of the features within this version include:
- Completely service oriented architecture (SOA) with business logic embedded in web services;
- Implementation of AJAX technology to enhance the user experience; and
- Enhancements to the overall user interface that make the application very intuitive to use.
