One-to-One Service.com Releases iService 3.8

One-to-One Service.com® announced today the commercial release of version 3.8 of iService®, their award-winning email and customer relationship management system. iService allows customers to easily find answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions through a simple to use web-based interface.
Version 3.8 begins the migration away from active server page technology
to the .NET platform. The iService Reports module has been ported to
.NET and includes new reports and enhancements to existing reports.
Other highlights of this release include:
- Improvements to the subscription management process within the
iService Knowledgebase;
- Service level information for all agents based upon their
skills and pending messages within various message queues; and
- and many other enhancements.
