March 14, 2005 – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Champaign, IL –
One-to-One Service.com® announced today the commercial release of iService®
Alerts, a monitoring system that helps iService users manage service
levels. iService allows customers to easily find answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions through a simple to use web-based interface.
iService Alerts continuously tracks the status of the iService system
and generates alerts whenever important service level conditions exist.
Highlights of iService Alerts include:
- Ability to generate separate alerts based upon any message
status;
- Notifications may be sent to any email address, regardless of
whether the person is an iService licensed agent;
- Alerts may be sent at any desired frequency, ranging from every
15 minutes to once a month.
"Monitoring service levels in real-time helps keep customers
happy," said Scott Whitsitt, President and CEO of One-to-One Service.com.
"iService alerts ensures that the right people are notified when
messages are not being answered timely, and does not require any
additional licensing."
