One-to-One Service.com Releases iService 3.4

One-to-One Service.com® announced today the commercial release of version 3.4 of iService®, their award-winning email and customer relationship management system. iService allows customers to easily find answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions through a simple to use web-based interface.
Version 3.4 provides a secure messaging system with all the features and
functionality of a sophisticated email management platform. Highlights
of this release include:
- Customers can submit questions on an SSL encrypted web page
directly into the iService database;
- Agents utilize all of the iService message handling tools in
a secure and encrypted manner, and their answers are saved securely
in the iService database;
- Rather than sending answers to customers in clear text,
customers receive a message indicating the answer to their question
can be viewed in the secure message area;
- and many other enhancements.
