One-to-One Service.com® Releases Version 2.7 of iService®

One-to-One Service.com announced today the commercial release of version
2.7 of iService, their award-winning email management and customer
relationship management system. iService allows customers to easily find
answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to
customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions
through a simple to use web-based interface.
This version incorporates many new and exciting features including:

Mass Update - the ability to respond to multiple customer inquires
at once using a single response.

new message is received from a customer or prospect.

permission marketing system for targeted email marketing.
