Champaign, IL – One-to-One Service.com announced today the commercial release of version 2.7 of iService, their award-winning email management and customer relationship management system. iService allows customers to easily find answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions through a simple to use web-based interface.

This version incorporates many new and exciting features including:

  • Mass Update - the ability to respond to multiple customer inquires at once using a single response.
  • Notify - immediate notification of selected users when a new message is received from a customer or prospect.
  • DoubleClick Integration - Integration with the DoubleClick UnityMail permission marketing system for targeted email marketing.
  • iService Reports - a web-based reporting system that provides metrics and insight into customer interactions.
  • iService Answers - an add-on product for iService Assistant that allows companies to easily modify the look and feel of the knowledge base.
