One-to-One Service.com announced today the integration of iService, their award-winning email management and customer
relationship management system, with the DoubleClick UnityMail system. iService allows customers to easily find
answers to their questions, routes and automatically responds to
customer email, and provides a complete view of customer interactions
through a simple to use web-based interface. UnityMail is the leading
permission marketing system for managing sophisticated email marketing
campaigns.
This integration allows users of iService to have new customer contacts
automatically update the UnityMail database. Most organizations lose the
opportunity to leverage customer interactions for marketing purposes
because their support and marketing systems are not integrated. This
enhancement is an important element to
staying
in touch with prospects and customers in a professional and targeted
way.
