One-to-One Service.com releases special version
of iService Assistant for Mustang Message Center users
February 8, 2002 – Champaign, IL. One-to-One Service.com announced today a version of their iService Assistant eCRM solution specifically designed for companies using the Mustang Message Center email management system (MMC). The company formerly operated a service bureau for MMC users and provided a computer-based training program for the MMC Agent. They have released a version of their iService Assistant eCRM solution that operates similarly to the MMC application, but with enhanced functionality.
“We operated MMC for many clients and used it ourselves for several years,” said Scott Whitsitt, Founder and CEO of One-to-One Service.com. “We were sad to see Mustang.com acquired and the MMC product disappear from the marketplace. After using and evaluating several other eCRM applications, we built iService Assistant using a best practices approach that includes many of the original MMC concepts. In addition to the fully integrated version available with iService Contact, we have now released an email only version that is ideal for MMC users.”
iService Assistant routes and automatically responds to email and provides an ACD like process for delivering messages to agents. - the ability to subscribe to articles in the knowledge base and received automatic notification when the information is updated
- a support page for customers where they can manage their subscriptions, update their profile, and monitor the progress on their questions
- a customer information database that tracks interactions and allows agents to store call notes
- seamless upgrade to a complete contact center that includes delivery of all communication types, including telephone and Internet text chat.
