Champaign, IL, July 5, 2001 - One-to-One Service.com has launched
an eLearning portal, iService University, to support its comprehensive
suite of customer relationship management solutions. The initial launch
was built for CosmoCall Universe™, CosmoCom’s all-IP call center platform.
Future courses will be added for other iService modules, including iService
CRM and iService KMS. CosmoCall Universe™ connects businesses and customers
worldwide in multimedia sessions via the Internet and the telephone,
and also manages email and voice messages, all in one unified platform.
One-to-One Service.com’s initial release of the CosmoCall Universe™
eLearning component trains customer service agents to use CosmoCall
Universe™ to deliver cross-channel customer service. The eLearning platform
consists of 22 modular introductions with video tutorials and practice
lessons for each module. Upon completion of the course, students are
ready to use CosmoCall Universe™ for any customer-focused organization.
