CEO Slated to Make Presentation on Internet Customer Service at
San Francisco Conference in November
CHAMPAIGN, IL, Oct. 27, 2000 - Scott Whitsitt, president and

conference next month sponsored by The Strategic Research Institute.
The two-day event -- How to Develop, Implement, and Manage Six Sigma
