Batch Utility User Guide v5.10
Use this utility to import contacts and generate interactions (Agent Emails,
Tickets and Notes) from a .csv file. There are two versions of the batch
utility: a Windows program with a graphical user interface that submits to an
iService form, and a command line
version that can be run at a Windows DOS prompt that does not use forms. The utility can
be used for syncronizing data or automating tasks such as sending collection
notices when customers in your ERP system become delinquent.

Interaction Create Utility (V 5.10)
This .zip file includes a
utility for creating interactions at the Windows command line.
This utility is very useful for integrating iService with other
applications that need to send email, create tickets, or
generate notes on customer accounts one at a time. The parameters for creating
interactions at the command line are the same as for the batch
utility. Please refer to
iService v5.3 release notes for usage examples described
under item #1395.
