Batch Utility (V 5.3 with source) Batch Utility (V 5.4 with source)

This zip file includes a command line utility for importing contacts and creating interactions in batch mode. It is a Windows application that calls various iService web services to perform its tasks. The .zip files include a user guide, the executables for the utility, and the full .SLN solution file with source code. If you have updated to version 5.4, please be sure to use this version of the executable.

Interaction Create Utility (V 5.3) Interaction Create Utility (V 5.4)

This .zip file includes a utility for creating interactions at the Windows command line. This utility is very useful for integrating iService with other applications that need to send email, create tickets, or generate notes on customer accounts one at a time. The parameters for creating interactions at the command line are the same as for the batch utility. Please refer to iService v5.3 release notes for usage examples described under item #1395.
