Our Team

Scott Whitsitt, One-to-One Service.com founder and CEO, has over 20 years of experience covering a broad range of industries and business functions. Scott was previously VP of Account Management for ITDS, Inc., a NASDAQ company that provided customer care software and outsourced data processing services for wireless telecommunications carriers. Prior to ITDS, Scott held a variety of senior management positions with Computer Sciences Corporation, a NYSE company. Prior to joining CSC in 1992, Scott was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and is a CPA and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a frequent speaker at national customer service and loyalty conferences, and writes for major publications.

Adam Hayek, Chief Technology Officer, has nearly 20 years of experience in a broad range of software development and technology roles. His technical skills have been finely tuned through his experience with organizations as diverse as Microsoft and several software game developers. Adam has a degree in computer science from the University of Illinois, one of the top five engineering schools in the United States.

Aaron Magill, Operations Manager, has nearly 20 years of experience managing complex technical environments and datacenters. As a manager of one of the first ISPs over 10 years ago, he has a depth of knowledge that is rare among operations specialists today. Aaron is a Certified Cisco Network Associate.

R. Joseph Nuval, Client Solutions Manager, is accustomed to collaborating with customers who have high expectations. He has over 12 years of experience in the high tech and construction industries where he managed complex projects for companies such as Ortho-Mac Neil, Tyco International, and Zurich Financial. He has his MBA and Master of Music from the University of Illinois.

Sean Scott, Quality Assurance Manager, has extensive software testing experience and is responsible for coordination and evaluation of each release of iService.

Advisory Board

Nina Neuwirth is President and Chief Executive officer of Neuwirth Consulting Group, Inc. a national executive search firm and consulting services practice based in New York. She is also owner of Neuwirth and Associates. A 20-year successful veteran in the Staffing Services Industry, she has worked in various niche areas such as legal, IT, healthcare and commercial staffing for highly recognized staffing organizations such the Olsten Corporation. Ms. Neuwirth has held various roles from sales and sales management to key human resources positions. Among her many responsibilities, she has supervised global recruiting in support of her former employers corporate client's field/sales operations. Working with world-class leaders, she now applies her expertise in finding ways to help client's meet their goals ranging from attracting solid, top-performing employees to targeting companies for M&A discussions to meet their key business expansion initiatives.
